With over 30 food and drink outlets (including one of Asia’s longest bars), 7 big screens, an in-stadium cooling system and a fully retractable roof – this stadium sets a gold standard for sports venues!l. Kick back and enjoy top tier views from every single seat.

The Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens attracts some of the world’s greatest players from every corner of the globe and thousands of fans ready to celebrate. Cheer with the crowd as top teams from across the globe battle it out on the HSBC SVNS circuit. Don your most outrageous costume and belt out the biggest 7s bangers – we’ll catch you pitchside.

  1. Where will the 2025 Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens be held?

    We are hugely excited to confirm that the new 50,000-seat Kai Tak Stadium will be staging our 2025 event.
  2. When can I buy tickets, and how much will they be?

    General ticket sales are now open. Ticket prices remain unchanged for 2025 and are available for HK$1,950 for a 3-Day adult ticket and HK$950 for a 3-Day child ticket (ages 3-12). For fans who cannot make the full weekend a limited number of Single-Day tickets are also live, via an exclusive partnership with Klook. These are priced at HK$500 (Adult Friday), HK$1,200 (Adult Saturday), HK$1,200 (Adult Sunday) and HK$300 (Child Friday), HK$600 (Child Saturday), HK$600 (Child Sunday).
  3. Which teams are coming to the Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens?

    Men’s SVNS: New Zealand, Argentina, Australia, Fiji, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Kenya, Spain, South Africa, Uruguay, USA. Women’s SVNS: New Zealand, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Fiji, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Japan, Spain, USA. Fan-favourites Hong Kong China Men’s and Women’s 7s will feature in our Melrose Claymores competitions, with the invitational teams to be confirmed.
