DATES AND VENUE

When: 9-11 April 2027. The Cathay/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens returns to Kai Tak Sports Park as the opening event of the HSBC SVNS World Championship. The 3-day tournament takes place annually between late March and mid-April.

Where: Kai Tak Stadium, Kai Tak Sports Park (38 Shing Kai Road, Kai Tak). A ten-minute walk from either Kai Tak MTR Station or Sung Wong Toi MTR Station.

What: This isn't your average rugby tournament. Buckle up for three days of thrilling world-class rugby, top-tier entertainment, and a party that'll have you dancing long after the final whistle.

TRANSPORT TO KAI TAK SPORTS PARK

Venue:

Kai Tak Sports Park is situated in the heart of Hong Kong with excellent connectivity – easily accessible from the CBD with a 30-minute catchment area covering Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon East and major New Territories residential areas.

Directions:

In addition to the 10 minute walk from two MTR stations, there are buses, ferries and pick up/drop off points for private cars and taxis. Here's out more on how to get there.
