The wait is almost over! With just one week on the clock, it’s time to round up your crew and get the lowdown on everything you need to make sure you don’t get left at the gates. From how to access, transfer, and redeem your tickets to what you can — and can’t — bring with you, here’s your A-Z guide to stadium entry.

Ticketing 101

Grab your smartphone and download the HKCR ticketing app. Register, and you're all set to redeem those tickets! But what if disaster strikes on event day? Don't worry, we've got you covered. If your phone decides to stage a rebellion (aka runs out of battery), or you need help with your digital ticket. Just swing by the Kai Tak Stadium Box Office; our superheroes will sort you out in no time.

Quick tips
  • Brightness matters: Make sure your phone screen is bright and ready to scan at the door.
  • No screenshots or print-outs, please: Only digital tickets within the app will get you in.
  • QR code magic: The QR code will magically appear on your digital ticket on event day morning
Family & Friends

Holding tickets for kids? No problem. Simply swipe left in your HKCR ticketing app to view them all, and get them scanned one by one.

You can also transfer tickets to friends or family ahead of the tournament: Just click the ‘transfer’ button in the app, select your ticket, insert their phone number—and voila!

Stadium Entry

General Admission ticket entry is via Gate F. Follow the signs—you can’t miss it. Southstand party animals, your entry point is Gate B. Please don’t forget, GA is on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving early to suss out and claim your preferred spot in this new venue!

South Stand SuperPass Holders

Congrats on snagging those passes! Don't forget, you'll still need a General Admission ticket to join the party — you won’t get in on a SuperPass alone.

Packing for Success

Keep it lean and mean with these essentials: sunscreen, wet wipes, plasters, sunnies, a hat, a power bank (you'll need it!), and maybe some painkillers. And remember, Kai Tak Sports Park is a cashless zone, so load up that Octopus and bring a card or two.

What Not to Bring

Leave those hard-shell water bottles, balls, and dangerous items at home. No sneaking in your own food and drinks, alcohol, or military-style costumes, please. And sorry, no noisy instruments, selfie sticks, or remote-controlled devices allowed. Check out the full list of T&Cs here.
